Preparing a Major Campus Site on a Tight Timeline

Game-day traffic and campus event schedules don't leave much room for delay, which made timing critical on the University of Oklahoma's stadium overflow parking project. Ten Arrows was brought in to handle the full site transformation, starting with demolition of the existing site conditions.

From there, our team completed site preparation, excavation, and earthwork to shape the site for new parking infrastructure. Working on an active university campus required careful coordination to keep the project moving without disrupting surrounding campus activity.

The finished site now provides the additional parking capacity OU needed, delivered on schedule and to the quality standards expected on a major university project.
